Intra prediction mode based improved deblocking filter

In this paper, an improved deblocking filter for intra blocks is proposed. By applying different strength of deblocking filter adaptively to intra blocks based on intra prediction mode, the proposed method not only improves visual quality but also achieves coding performance.
