Performance analysis of correlative interferometer direction finder using cosine function

The paper examines the performance of correlative interferometer direction finder using cosine function. The explicit expressions describing the bias and variance of the method are developed. The analytical results are shown to be excellent predictors of empirical results obtained from computer simulations.
