Abstract:

In this paper, a novel method for detecting of liver image on the sagital cross section is presented. The presented method uses different images belonging to same patient. At first, starting points are selected on the image and then similar points (pixels) are obtained. This process is applied to other MRI images. Finally, 3d model is obtained by means of liver images in the different cross section. As application, data obtained from Firat University Radiology department are used.
