Risk assessment and management decision-making of project duration

As the theoretical basis of risk assessment and management decision-making, AHP and utility theory were introduced during the project construction. Combining with example, index system of risk factors was established, and AHP was used to do the risk assessment in order to identify a greater impact on the duration of several risk factors. Then utility theory was proposed to do the management decisions effectively by analyzing the utility value of each risk factor.
