Abstract:
This paper analyzes consumer views on IC cards-which have a major influence on their purchasing behavior. A questionnaire on IC cards for making purchases was made and the results analyzed using the text mining method. A review of previous research revealed some in this field, but analysis of the results used only simple counting. The survey examined the views of consumers on the convenience and necessity of purchasing with IC cards and attempted to clarify their overall opinion of the IC card system, also their knowledge and expectations of the IC card system and what information they need. The results were instructive and were utilized to construct a more effective and useful IC card system.
