The study on the appraisal of influencing factors of the enterprise technology innovation talents' team

The team-building of technology innovation talents is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises.First this paper proposes an index system of appraising an enterprise technology innovation talents'team, and then use ANP(analytic network process) method to analyze the relation between the indexes,and to obtain the weight of each index. This paper reveals the degree of each index's influencing enterprise technology innovation talents' team, and makes enterprises be clear about the key influencing factor, and then strives to offer references for enterprises.
