The Application and Research of T-test in Medicine

Statistics is a methodology that uses the basic principle of probability and mathematical statistics to study on the collection, reduction and analysis of data. It is wildly used in medical field. The t-test of hypothesis testing is one of the most familiar statistical analysis methods because it saves samples, calculates simply and tests more efficiently. In this paper, firstly, the t-test theory is introduced, then it uses estrogen for osteoporosis as the research background to reveal the application of t-test in medicine, at last, it proves the important role of t-test in medical analysis through experiment and data analysis.
