Research of ideological and political education in distance education

Ideological and political education has always been valued and strengthened by our Communist Party of China. With the rapid development of information technology and advances in technology, modern distance education has become one of the most important ways of education accepted by a growing number of students. For such a group of students, how to make effective ideological and political education by modern distance education is a new issue we researchers are facing, and also a problem the entire society is concerned with. This article gives a conclusion that we should give full consideration of characteristics of students who are educated by Distance Education, using modern and comprehensive development of educational methods and strengthen ideological and political education.
