The analysis of development trend for Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry based on GM(1,1) Model

Cultural and Creative Industry is a domain that Beijing adjusts industrial structure and transforms pattern of growth. This paper builds GM(1,1) model by analyzing actual data of Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry added value from year 2004 to year 2009. The author predicts Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry added value for several years in future by the model created in this paper. According to the predicting results, this paper verifies the performance of the 11th five-year period of Beijing cultural and creative industries development planning and gives specific suggestions. The results of this paper have the certain reference value for government mastering the development situation and making policy for Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry.
