Environment framework model-objectives and possibilities

A framework model for environmental policy analysis is proposed in this paper. After explaining the background and objectives of model development, we illustrate the usage of the framework model, using the Japan version of the model. A complete mathematical explanation of the basic structure of the framework model is then given.
