Computer simulation of stable electronic circuits based on injection-voltaic devices

There are results of computer research of stable electronic schemes based on multistage homo-composite transistors on the basis of Darlingtone and Shiklai circuits, which owns with high efficiency of collector current stabilization given in this article.
