Research on electronic commerce performance evaluation in China Small and Middle Sized Enterprise

More and more Small and Middle Sized Enterprises have started the development of Electronic Commerce recently. It is important and valuable to study its' performance evaluation. The present project, aiming at the peculiarity of Small and Middle Sized Enterprises, first establishes the evaluation index systems based on Balanced Scorecard, obtains the weight of every index by Analytic Hierarchy Process and entropy of information theory. Then it appraises the Electronic Commerce performance in terms of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. A simple example of performance evaluation on a enterprise shows the specific steps of this method and proves the scientificity of the evaluation index systems and the validity of the evaluation method.
