Model and Model Implement of Farmland Circulation in China

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence factors of farmland circulation. Theory analysis and empirical study were employed. The results indicate that farm households' behaviors result from kinds of factors, including social economy factor, market and property right condition, participators' condition. Contract land per person, non-agricultural income per person, agricultural members per family and the high school education are four main influence factors. According to the results, the paper gives some suggestions of improving farmland circulation, which include farmland moderate scale management, development of non-agricultural industries and increasing investment in rural education.
