Study of ICC-CPFR Multi-layer Data Flow Modeling Based on Cooperative Information Center

CPFR is the key to successful application of information-sharing, this paper presents the ICC-CPFR model based on Cooperative Information Center. For supplier - Manufacturer - Retailer multi-level situation, the data flow of ICC-CPFR model is studied, including the data flow analysis of collaborative strategy building, business plan development, data warehouse construction, sale demand forecast, production order forecast, raw material demand forecast, order's generation, order's fulfillment, collaborative research, collaborative marketing and production and performance evaluation etc.
