An Integrated Step-Up/Step-Down DC–DC Converter Implemented With Switched-Capacitor Circuits

An integrated step-up/step-down dc-dc converter for battery-powered bioelectronics is presented. Both its power stage and feedback compensator were implemented by using switched-capacitor circuits. The proposed converter has a wide input range and achieves excellent load regulation.
