Multi-actor system design for collaborative management of service innovation networks

The purpose of this paper is to explore the general architecture for collaborative management of service innovation networks (SINs). After giving a panorama of MAS, MAS-based design architecture is expounded. Various actors and benefits involve in the collaborative management of SINs that make the collaborative process emerge as a complex societal-techno interactive system. MAS design provides a collaborative architecture for SINs management. This paper provides a useful insight into relevant areas and contributes to the resolution of these types of complex, multi-actor decision and management problems in service sciences. It has important implications as regards the need to incorporate various actors' viewpoints and interests into the collaborative management process of SINs.
