Measurement of antenna characteristics by near-and far-field techniques within time domain

The conventional method developed over a long period in the antenna measurement technique is application of monochrome measuring signals. Measurements performed with the use of monochrome signals are named frequency-domain measurements. The report describes common principles of arrangement of UWB AMCS, basic characteristics of systems developed up to date, signal processing algorithms for measuring different characteristics and parameters of antennas by near- and far-field techniques, software configuration.
