Research on the method to diagnose implementation status of construction projects

In order to put forward an efficient method to analyze and diagnose construction project implementation status, three problems are researched and solved in the paper. The three problems are how to determine index standards, how to integrate all indexes values, and how to make a judgment standard for identify project implement status. Where, the index standards are determined by the methods of citation, reference and evaluation relatively. The model to integrate all indexes values is set up by the theory of recursive analysis. The judgment standard to identify project implement status is made according to many suggestions from project management specialists and some engineering examples. At last, a real construction example is presented for explaining how to use the diagnosis method and prove the validity of the method.
