Refinements to the use of the NML calculable capacitor in relation to SI ohm determinations

At CPEM'88 the result of a determination of the quantized Hall resistance in terms of the NML calculable capacitor was reported. Since then the capacitor has been modified, some systematic corrections have been revised and uncertainties have been reduced. A new determination has been carried out.
