Identifying the key competitive factors in Chinese manufacturing enterprises

Firstly, it investigated manufacturing enterprises how to identify the key factors of their competitive priority according to the environments both inside and outside. And then, taking company A as an example, it made an empirical study to identify the key factors of manufacturers' competitive priority. Finally, by constructing a quantitative model, indexes of key competitiveness are quantified to be arranged in a priority order.
