Many years ago, low cost carriers (LCCs) were introduced to the market, in order to meet the real needs of business segment of the market. A segment which needs, fast, frequent and cheap transportation mode. LCCs are not competing the Legacy airlines, but are the rivals of ground transportation, both in price and services they offer. In our innovative method, we offer the introduction of ICT-based virtual low cost carrier (VLCC) to meet the other real needs and wants of this segment.
