Fractal spiral resonator as magnetic Metamaterial

In this paper, a novel fractal spiral resonator is presented. The geometry of the proposed structure is based on the direct connection of two concentric Hilbert fractal curves of different dimensions as in a spiral form. The magnetic resonance and negative permeability are demonstrated by numerical simulations and analytical calculations. The unit cell size is ¿
