Research and Design of Test System for Automobile Combined Switch

Aiming at many kinds of combined switch in different structure for automobile component plant, we develop a kind of intelligent combined switch monitor system in strong generality. System has high work precision, which can assure more little error in constant working conditions, and complete functions such as monitoring in real time, action modifying, and data processing, etc. This paper mainly introduces monitor system electrical part and application software design process. Through some kind of fire switch experiment, which proves monitor result is accurate.
