A stereo earphone driver with volume control in 65-nm CMOS technology

A 16-¿ earpiece driver design with a built-in volume control for use in mobile phones or other portable devices is described. The fabrication was done with UMC 65-nm CMOS technology. The dual channel design features -91 dB THD at 2.5 V
