Applying Fourth Order Partial Differential Equation to Steady Incompressible Flow

According to steady 2D laminar stream-function vorticity equations, the fourth order partial differential equation was derived. As a governing equation, it was applied to cavity flow and sudden expansion flow. The results of computing tally with related references. It was proved that the fourth order partial differential equation is suitable for the flows and can be used to solve more complex flow.
