Game Analysis of Knowledge Sharing in the Organization

This paper introduces the definition of knowledge and knowledge-sharing, analyzes the model of knowledge-sharing, points that the process of knowledge-sharing between employees is the dynamic-repeated games, through using KMRW theory, analyzes the possibilities of knowledge-sharing and the problems should be paid attention to in the process of implementing knowledge sharing, and presents interrelated proposals and suggestions of implementing knowledge sharing in the organization.
