Statistical analysis of resonance frequency error in rectangular microstrip emitter

The statistical analysis of error of resonance frequency of rectangular microstrip emitter of array is conducted in the present paper. The method of definition of adequate technological tolerances is presented on a probabilistic criterion at making the microstrip emitters (MSE) of microstrip arrays.
