Research and Practical Progress on Information Service Transformation

Guided by the requirement changing of innovation, every country is frequently adjusting development strategy to reconstructing the information service. This paper takes the method of document analysis to study the research and practice of information service transformation in different countries and find the concerns of scholars and the trend of modern information service industry development. Objectively speaking, nowadays research on information service transformation is lagging behind the practical development. The academic field hasnpsilat put enough focus on the problems came out of the transformation process, and rarely make innovations. The research contents are over emphasized on the technology, while the research on management system, operation system and relative principles are insufficient.
