Concept design and dynamic response analysis of electro-hydraulic compound regulating integrated actuator

In this paper, an electro-hydraulic compound regulating integrated actuator (EHCA) with a total pressure control valve (TPCV) was proposed, it can reach the hydraulic natural frequency of the one of the valve-controlled system. First, the principle of EHCA was analyzed and the TPCV operation scheme was discussed in detail. Then, two methods were used to compute the whole system natural frequency based on building EHCA model in frequency domain. One is the traditional way; the other is multivariable Laplace transform method in which we got the relationship between the whole system and every part's natural frequencies. The discussion and simulation prove the effectiveness of the EHCA configuration and its analysis method.
