Burst-mode APD-ROSA using reset signal for 1G/10G-dual-rate OLT optical transceiver

We developed a 1G/10G dual-rate burst-mode APD-ROSA with a reset signal. We achieved high performance as regards sensitivity and a dynamic range with a response time of less than 230 ns at 0 – 85°C.
