Calibration of an airborne W-Band polarimeter using drizzle and a trihedral corner reflector

Calibration of an airborne 95 GHz polarimetric radar was accomplished using measurements of a corner reflector and freezing drizzle. The calibrated data products included: Z/sub eHH/, Z/sub DR/, and LDR. This paper presents the measurements made to calibrate the 95 GHz polarimeter's cloud measurements and an analysis of measurement sensitivity to calibration errors.
