SCORE: The first student Contest in Software Engineering

ICSE 2009 in Vancouver has seen the first finals of the SCORE Software Engineering Contest. Teams from all over the world have taken part in a competition open to students from undergraduate to master's level. Each team has developed a system chosen from a list of projects and monitored by a committee member. The final outcome of their work has been a report and accompanying system. Evaluation has been based on the quality of all aspects of the software engineering process followed, as well as the outcome.
