Boundary-integral models of the quasi-stationary field computation in electromagnetic screens

Eddy currents analysis in metal elements placed in neighborhood of coils or current-carrying conductors is recognized as one of the more complex problems of computational magnetics. A bi-scalar mathematical model of the quasi-stationary electromagnetic field in a conducting screen is presented. The monopole- and dipole-surface densities have been chosen for the indirect boundary-integral approach. Some ideas forming the algorithms to compute the field are discussed. Example results for a stationary model and some preliminary results for the bi-scalar quasi-stationary approach are given.
