Radar correlation and report fusion

Three techniques have been described to report on an active radar environment. Radar correlation is a required first step in performing any follow-on high-level analysis of raw intercept data. A second algorithm executes a report fusion operator to combine correlated radar reports into an aggregate report, producing confidence numbers as measures of belief in the uncertainty of the radar environment. Finally, this paper has explored the use of confidence numbers to construct intervals of evidence to support decision making during the final stages of analysis.
