Neural net image processing peculiarities

Physiological investigations show that visual image preprocessing in eye retina is made by homogeneous neural nets, various attempts on this process modelling were made for using the principles of image processing in artificial neural systems. The present paper is devoted to investigation of lateral inhibition strength on neural net image processing properties. The computer simulations are based on considerations of linear system spatial harmonics stableness.
