Research on vegetable supply security in Beijing

The paper begins with the definition of vegetable supply security. We do the analysis from both capability and environment angles and try to find out factors which affect the vegetable supply security. In the end, we put forward some useful advice for the exiting security problems of vegetable supply chain in Beijing.
