Broad-band microwave absorbing covers on the base of multilayered structures of sputtered hydrogenated carbon with magnetic 3d-metal nanoparticles

Results of the study and technology of the new generation of microwave absorbing covers on the base of thin amorphous hydrogenated carbon films a-C:H with ferromagnetic 3d-metal nanoparticles (Co, Fe, Ni) sputtered on aramide tissue (kevlar) are presented. Electromagnetic waves’ losses in the produced microwave absorbing covers with the thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm are equal to 10 – 15 dB in the frequency range 8 – 80 GHz.
