A total distributed control system for the GK-270 rubber mixing production line

This paper introduces a total distributed control system used for the GK-270 mixing production line of the South China Tire and Rubber Co., Ltd. in Panyu City. The hardware of the system is mainly based on the OPTO-22 system of the USA. The software of the system was developed by ourselves. The software of the main computer was programmed with C language and the software of the PLC was programmed with Simple BASIC. An example of practical use has illustrated the efficiency and reliability of the system.<
