Empirical research on dynamic capability and relationship quality and cooperation performance

With the listing enterprises of manufacturing industries as the samples and by means of structure equation model, this paper deal with the empirical relationship among the dynamic capability, the relationship quality and cooperation performance. The research results indicate that dynamic capability has significant positive influence on relationship quality; Dynamic capability has significant positive influence on cooperation performance; relationship quality has significant influence on enterprise cooperation performance; At last, dynamic capability not only directly has an influence on enterprises cooperation performance, but also influences enterprises cooperation performance indirectly through relationship quality. Conclusions of this article can be used to provide Chinese manufacturing enterprises for carrying out strategy management with theoretical guides.
