Eidothea open short test tool

Eidothea open short test tool is able to test all open short condition including single pin open short failure and multiple pin open short failure. Eidothea performs open short test on 112 lead QFP (quad flat package) within 1.12 seconds. Figure 10 shows the full coverage of open short test that is captured by Eidothea. Eidothea can cover IO to IO open short test, IO to VSS open short test, IO to VDD open short test, VSS to VSS open short test, VSS to VDD open short test and VDD to VDD open short test.
