Permittivity measurement of annular dielectric samples using a quadratic curve fitting technique

An accurate technique for measuring the permittivity of dielectric rings using straightforward S-parameter measurements of a coaxial fixture housing the ring sample has been devised. The approach is established by rigorous theoretical simulations, and experimental results further verify its integrity.
