Prejudgement and control treatment for blockage of pressure screen mesh in papermaking industry

We add a low-choose segment and a pre-treatment segment to original control program aiming at blockage problem under traditional pressure screen control. We adopt Siemens S7-400 as our control station. When the pressure screen begins to come out the trend of blockage, the DCS begins to carry out the pretreatment segment. The application in practice proves that it improves greatly the security, dependability and stability of the system and it is worth popularization.
