Label-free and high-throughput screening of biomolecular interactions

We present a simple label-free multi-analyte detection technique that is easily scalable for high-throughput screening. We have shown a sensitivity of 20 pg/mm
²
and a minimum detectable antibody concentration of 15 ng/ml for a specific antigen.
