Generally, the application of current-limiting fuses involves many parameters not normally associated with other types of fusing. Each parameter in itself is important enough to drastically affect the performance of the fuse package. A summary guideline and explanation of these parameters is given, allowing a more knowledgeable selection of current-limiting fuses.
