Second- and Third-Order Nonlinear Optical Properties of Arrayed ZnO Nanorods

We performed second harmonic generation using Maker fringe technique and z-scan measurement to determine macroscopic second- and third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities of vertically well-oriented ZnO nanorods of different diameters, grown by a hydrothermal process.
