Enhanced ZnO band-gap emission of electroluminescence from ZnO nanoparticles/Organic nanocomposites using a hole-transporting material

We report electroluminescence from ZnO nanoparticle-based devices prepared by the spincoaung process. The TPD enhances electrons and holes to recombine in the ZnO nanoparticles. The opamal device exhlbits a narrow spectrum at 392 nm.
