A few moments' reflection

Over and over, refl ection proves itself an important activity in life. That activity is a requisite, in one sense or another, to growth. As individuals, we regain a sense of perspective on ourselves and our lives whenever we set aside time to reflect upon what we devote our time and energy to, what we have been able to accomplish, the relative worth of those accomplishments, and what seems left undone or forgotten.
