An Interval Version of the Backward Differentiation (BDF) Method

We present an interval version of the backward differenti- ation method for solving the initial value problem (IVP) for ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The method con- sidered belongs to a group of the interval multistep meth- ods. A number of the explicit and implicit interval multistep methods are tested on selected problems and the compari- son is given.
