Temperature Dependence of 980 nm VCSEL Dynamics

Resonance frequencies and damping rates extracted from noise spectra measurements on flip-chipped VCSELs indicate temperature dependence is dominated by output power and associated photon density reduction with minimal indications of differential gain decrease.
