Microcavity Top-Emitting OLEDs Integrated with Microlens Arrays for Simultaneous Enhancement of Efficiencies, Color Performances and Reduction of Pixel Blurring

In this paper, we show that by integrating microcavity OLEDs with microlenses, all the enhancement in external quantum efficiency, cd/A efficiency, color saturation, small color shift with viewing angles, and pixel sharpness can be simultaneously achieved.
